Children's ministry is a core value at East Taylorsville Baptist Church. 
Our heart is that each child come to experience the life-changing truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Our desire is to model, teach, and encourage kids in their walk with God and to build a firm foundation for their faith based on the Word of God.  And in the midst of it all, have fun in the journey!

Our children’s staff is a dedicated group that is committed to Christ, and the care of your children.  There are many opportunities for your child to be involved.

Sunday School (9:30AM Sunday)
Kindergarten through 5th grade
Classes for each age
Kindergarten class - upper level of Children's Building 
1st-5th grade classes - lower level

New Believers Class-"Now That I'm A Christian"
A special class offered periodically during S.S. to children who have recently made the
decision to place their faith in Jesus Christ.

Children's Choir (5:15PM Sundays)   ***Begins September 20th
K-5th grade prepare for Christmas and Spring Musicals

AWANA (6:00-7:30PM Sunday)
A fun and dynamic approach to learning God's Word.  Each evening includes games,
scripture memory, large group counsel time.  AWANA meets from September-May.

Team K.I.D. (Kids In Discipleship) (7:00-8:00PM  Wednesday)
An exciting night of Missions/Prayer, Bible Activity, and Games!
